Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to the official email address provided to us. All live sedation recertification courses are hybrid, consisting of 4 to 5 hours of online self-study through Southwest Sedation Education website portal. Successful completion of the online portion is a prerequisite for the live in-person course. Additionally, approval from the course instructor/CE director may be required if you register for a live in-person course within less than 5 days of the commencement of the course. The course instructor/CE director will reserve the right to decline the registration within this time period. A full refund will be applied to the enrollee.

In order to receive a full refund for live one day course, cancellations must be made prior to 5 days before the start of the event for which you registered. Cancellations within 5 days to start of event are subject to a $75.00 administration fee. Online subscriptions or access to online course fees are non-refundable. On-site educational programs are non-refundable. You are permitted to reschedule an on-site educational program one time with permission from the CE director.
